  • Establishment and Operation System of University-Local Government Collaborative Community Colleges
    • Form a collaborative committee for operating community colleges in 7 counties without universities (Jinan, Muju, Jangsu, Sunchang, Namwon, Gochang, and Buan).

      7 Counties Play a leading role in the establishment and operation of community colleges Plan and manage region-specific educational programs Provide lifelong learning opportunities and space for the local community
      Universities Design customized educational programs for learners and establish flexible academic systems

  • Operate curricula reflecting the needs of various learners
    • Develop foundational liberal arts and major-specific curricula that meet the needs of diverse learners, such as humanities, digital education, life skills education, entrepreneurship education, and cultural diversity education.
    • Link with community colleges : Establish a cooperative system with existing community colleges to supplement secondary and high school education and expand lifelong learning opportunities through connected programs.
