  • Fostering Locally Settled Talent in Key Regional Specialized Fields
    • Based on the medium- to long-term development plans of municipalities (cities and counties), universities and vocational colleges will restructure their academic organizations and design courses aligned with regional specializations while seeking ways to integrate with the local community.
  • Advancing Regional Lifelong Vocational Education
    • (Specialized Field Vocational Education) Provide advanced vocational education linked to specialized regional fields, including re-education for employees in local industries, reskilling for middle-aged and older job seekers, etc.
    • (General Vocational Education) Operate both online and offline vocational education programs based on the analysis of local demand and supply, utilizing the infrastructure of vocational colleges. This includes short-term programs for local residents focusing on career transitions, certification acquisition, and entrepreneurship education.
